Its early here on the East Coast on the Fourth of July, and hopefully everyone has the same benefit as most of us and has a three day weekend. As for me i live close to the shoreline of New Jersey so along with that usually comes being out in the sun and getting tan.
But i notice at this age that all this exposure to the sun not only from being at the beach but also from the line of work that i do that its starting to take its toll on my skin. So i have been doing some reading on the matter and have found out some things that will help with trying to head of some of the Skin Conditions that might result from these things that are part of my everyday lifestyle.
The foods you eat show on the outside. Studies show that people who eat foods with Vitamin C, and Linoleic Acid have slowed down the Aging process considerably for that these things keep the moisture in the skin for which the sun will dry out if not protected properly.
Such foods are, Orange juice, Citrus foods, Tomatoes, Green leafy Vegetables, and Plant-based Oils.
So on this big holiday weekend with all the Barbecues and parties you have planned, just remember that what you eat and what kind of skin protection you use will determine how long we keep those wrinkles away.
